Every client starts with a free 20-minute call, whatever the problem. Growling, a bite history, a puppy, a dog that drags you down the street. Mark needs to hear it before a session, and in his words, people feel a lot better after talking to him. Then he books the session by text.

- Step 1
Mark texts, then calls
He texts from 647-668-6000 to find a time, usually the same day and always within one business day, then calls. Twenty minutes, no pitch.
- Step 2
You decide together
He tells you honestly whether he can help and what it would take. Most dogs need one to three sessions; serious cases take a program.
- Step 3
Sessions are booked by text
If you both want to go ahead, Mark confirms a time by text and you e-transfer to hold it. No card, no app. Prices below.
Cancellations and refunds
- Reschedule free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours, the session counts as used.
- Weather: outdoor sessions run in most weather. Mark calls it off only for dangerous conditions, and then it moves at no charge.
- Packages: prepaid and not refundable. Sessions do not expire for 12 months.
- Response window: Mark replies within one business day.
