Sessions are in Toronto’s east end, outdoors. Mark texts you the exact meeting spot the day before.

Reserve this time, then e‑transfer.
Nothing to pay for the call. Mark phones you at the time you pick. If it turns into a session, the assessment is $450 plus HST, paid by e-transfer once you have booked it.
Your time is held for 24 hours. Send an Interac e-transfer for $508.50 to [email protected]. Autodeposit is on, so there is no security question. Put your dog’s name in the message. Mark confirms by text as soon as it lands.

Cancellations and refunds
- Reschedule free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours, the session counts as used.
- Weather: outdoor sessions run in most weather. Mark calls it off only for dangerous conditions, and then it moves at no charge.
- Packages: sessions do not expire for 12 months. Unused sessions are refundable minus sessions already taken at the single-session rate.
- Gift certificates: no expiry, any service, transferable.
- Response window: Mark replies within one business day.
