Behaviour help
Whatever your dog is doing, Mark has seen it.
Pick the one that sounds like your dog. Each page says what it looks like, what is usually behind it, and what the first session does about it.
Six places to start
What is your dog doing?
Aggression
Growling, lunging, snapping — at people, at other dogs, or at your own family.
How Mark works with it Reactivity on leash
Every dog on the sidewalk sets your dog off, and the walk becomes something you dread.
How Mark works with it Anxiety and separation
Panic when you leave the house, shaking at the door, pacing that never settles.
How Mark works with it Resource guarding
Stiffening over food, a toy, the couch — or over one particular person.
How Mark works with it Fear of strangers
Hiding, backing away, or barking at anyone new who comes near.
How Mark works with it Puppy foundations
Get the walk and the rules right before any of the above has a chance to start.
How Mark works with it Not sure which one?
Seven questions about your dog, an honest read, and the page that actually fits. It takes about two minutes.
The short version
Most “aggressive” dogs Mark meets are frightened, not vicious. Both are fixable.
Fear and aggression look identical from the end of a leash. Mark reads which one you have in the first few minutes, and the plan follows from that — not from a label.
What is balanced training?
Tell Mark what is going on
Text him a few lines about your dog, or book the first session outright. He answers himself.
