What happens in the first session.
Ninety minutes outdoors, on real streets. You tell Mark what has been going on, and he listens. Then he works with your dog, builds the structured walk with you and coaches you with the leash in your hands, so you leave able to do it on your own. At the end he tells you honestly what your dog needs next.
The assessment decides the package, not the phone call.
Most dogs genuinely need one to three sessions. Aggression, reactivity and separation anxiety take longer — that is what the programs are for.

Decide at the end of it. Upgrade to the three-session package then and your $450 counts toward it. After that, follow-ups are $350 each or three more for $800.
Do you charge by the hour?
Mark's rate is $300 an hour. The assessment is 90 minutes and every session after it is 75, and the packages bring the per-session price down. Mark works to the dog, not the clock, so sessions often run over. You book the assessment, then follow-ups or a package.
Payment
Cash or e-transfer. First session due on booking; a package balance can be split across the program.
Training starts on a slip lead.
